Your new role
We are looking for a Content Management Assistant to join our team. Your company has been working on a new Website due to launch at the end May. The aim of this role is to provide content migration support to the team to ensure the successful launch of the website. This involves working with the back end developers to ensure tasks are delivered within the specifications provided. You'll be responsible for managing data migration tasks in line with multiple spec requirements as well as image research and compressing images/videos online. You will be formatting content using multiple programs (Premier Pro - Photoshop and Word press). Additionally you will be selecting content/images on multiple website pages while continuing to follow strict file specifications, while also implementing changes to the site's layout as agreed with the back end developers.
What you'll need to succeed
? Experience working in the media industry
? Proven experience of managing Content Managing Systems
? Proven experience in customer service and office management
? Proven ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks
? Excellent IT skills and knowledge of systems
? Proficient user of Microsoft Office
? Is methodical in approach and committed to completion before deadlines
