The Senior Sales Lead Opportunity:
You will be driving expansion of the latest cloud-first WAN solutions – SD-WAN (Software Defined WAN) and SASE (Secure Access Service Edge). With a Fortinet portfolio bias, you'll be working alongside our private and hybrid cloud solutions practice.
We’re best known for the solutions we provide to mid-sized customers with highly distributed infrastructure and complex environments in retail, hospitality, automotive, non-profit and facilities management. We exist because our founder knew he could grow an MSP with a more customer focused and solutions and service centric approach.

How will you be successful with us?
+ We’ve got solid back up in pre-sales and great client case studies with big name brands
+ We are technology agnostic and “sales agile” – you can sell one off pro-services to 3-year solutions
+ You’ve got autonomy to land accounts that grow – we’re not hung up on “the big deal is the only deal”
+ You manage your pipeline growth with deal cycles from as little as 5 days to 9 months – that’s easy to consume discovery workshops that build trust with customers to multi-year roll out plans where you can grow customers as you grow your tenure
+ You’ll have the whole of the UK, a choice of markets and the opportunity to run with any lead
+ We place real value on the skillset of a new business hunter who uses solid sales methodology, whether that’s Spin, Sandler, Challenger, TAS or Medic.
+ We’re not bogged down by unwieldy deal reporting CRM systems, but you are into using one wisely as a tactical tool.

+ You’ll thrive on giving clients real choice (Fortinet bias but technology agnostic) to solve complex Secure Networking and Infrastructure challenges using our unique DOTS consultancy model and cloud-first (Azure bias) approach.
+ You'll also have a voice in shaping our sales systems and processes giving you an opportunity to be a player in the business, not just a number.

+ You are a talented new business hunter with a knack for spotting opportunities in digital transformation
+ You can engage authentically in discussions with CEOs, Finance Directors, IT Leaders & Infrastructure specialists
+ You can speak knowledgeably about Secure Networking, Wireless/LAN/WAN, capacity, availability and security
+ You have an entrepreneurial flair and have a flexible and adaptable approach when selling
+ You are open to talking in detail about your sales success in the last 2 years
Salary & Benefits:
+ Basic Salary £75,000
+ Plus On Target Commission £75,000
