SF Recruitment are looking for an Account Executive to join a key client of ours based in Alfreton. Our client has a great team who offer fantastic training and career development opportunities. Due to continued growth and success our client is looking for an Account Executive's to join their vibrant team on a full time permanent basis. Dependant on experience this role is paying up to £22,000 with fantastic company benefits.

This is an exciting role and would be ideal for someone who is motivated and driven and looking to progress. You will be responsible for a portfolio of assigned clients and your aim is to create and nurture long-term relationships within your client base. You should be an excellent communicator who is able to grasp client needs and brainstorm ways to fulfil them.

Duties will include
• Effectively manage client's expectations through frequent contact
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders among client portfolios
• Administer client orders ensuring requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner
• Create and implement Service Development Plans to address clients' business needs
• Advise clients on creating optimal supply solutions
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
• Collaborate with internal teams to address clients' needs
• Review stock availability and interpret production schedules
• Liaise with Supply Chain to obtain best solutions to clients' requirements
• Own client issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Document complaints thoroughly and update relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Our client is looking for driven and motivated candidates who have a willingness to learn, you will have good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a calm and confident telephone manner and must be comfortable using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Outlook.
