This excellent Finance Assistant position is based in Oldham. The position advertised is an immediate start on a temporary role, with a great hour payrate between £11.00 and £13.00.

Description
The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
- Ensure that receipts, payments, and invoices are raised and posted accurately
- To take supplier reconciliation as well as engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure manual and electronic filing is up to date and accurate
- Process manual systems to achieve timely income processing
- To deal with queries promptly in relation to customer service standards
- To adhere to policies and procedures
- Process transactions and information that has been provided is completed accurately
- Ensure that suppliers are paid on time
- To share information and knowledge with the team to achieve improved financial processes
Profile
The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;
- GCSE in Mathematics and English or equivalent
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Worked in the Finance Industry
- Good attention to detail and able to priority workload effectively as well as meeting deadlines
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate good customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience using Finance systems
