Finance Analyst - £25,000 - £30,000+ Bonus

Luton based or remote!

Do you want to work for the world's largest staffing provider based in Luton or remotely?

We have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to join Randstad as a Finance Analyst to ensure everything runs smoothly for our NTP project.

You will be assisting with the financial analysis and reporting of the business performance in order to identify underlying trends and support, decision making and strategic direction.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring timesheet data in Salesforce system is accurate through running and monitoring of exceptional reports
  • Checking supplier payments are valid and agree to values in Salesforce system and timesheet data
  • Monitoring and investigation of any failed payments and follow through to resolution
  • Reconciliation of timesheet report and subsidy payments
  • Audit of data entry in system and monitoring of banking data including independent verification
  • Audit checks with providers on the NTP contract and subsidy funding claims
  • Answering School and Tutoring Partner queries
  • Understanding the drivers behind current forecasting and budget numbers
  • Support with reviewing and challenging assumptions
  • Maintaining rolling forecast models
  • Using knowledge gained, highlight risks & opportunities in the current forecast/budget
  • Journal entry posting and monitoring of supplier invoices and payments
  • Cost centre management and p&l reporting to the Finance Manager
  • Delivery of DFE required information and finance schedules to timescales agreed
  • Completing client subsidy bank reconciliation and subsidy cash forecast schedules to deadlines

  • Good standard of ability in using excel and/or google sheets
  • Comfortable with large data sets
