Our client, a well-known lifestyle retailer are looking for a People Partner to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will be a passionate people professional who thrives in a high energy, fast paced retail environment.
Reporting to the Head of People, your main responsibility will be to partner with certain areas of the business to support all aspects of the colleague life cycle.
You should have previous experience working within a retail business, have a keen interest in starting projects from scratch and a flair for all things new and creative.
Above all, a passion for people is a must!
Other duties will include:
- To support the development of people strategies and activities across support office and wider business.
- Influence, advise and coach managers to pursue courses of action which are in accordance with good employment practice, the needs of the business and the needs of the colleague. Ensuring legal compliance to employment law across the business at all times.
- Provide end to end case management for high level cases up to and including tribunal cases (when and if required).
- Support managers to effectively manage the overall recruitment experience, ensuring a positive candidate experience is at the heart of our recruitment processes.
