Service Manager Hull £40'000-£50'000 + Renewable energy industry + Progression + Pension + Holiday Do you have a service management background with extensive knowledge of ATEX and refrigerants? Are you looking for a role that will offer you full autonomy, variety and the ability to progress further within a company who operate within the renewable energy industry? This company specialise in the design and installation of commercial heat pump systems across the UK. Having recently had major investment they are looking to grow the company extensively over the next few years making this a great opportunity for people to grow longer term within the business. In this role you will be tasked with leading and growing the service department. You will have full autonomy of the department paying particular attention to standards and health and safety. The ideal candidate will live within a 60 mile radius of hull, have a service management background and have a strong background in refrigerants and ATEX. This is a great role for someone to join a renewable energy industry where you will play a key role in this companies growth and development. The role: *Managing a team of technicians and administration staff. *Plan, control and monitor the overall performance of the Service Department, to meet company objectives and targets. *Be the central service contact in line with business needs. *Work with the Group Manager to ensure development of staff is paramount to deliver excellent customer service levels. *Ensure technicians receive the technical training required in order for them to deliver the best service possible.
