We are recruiting for a temporary fundraising officer for a social welfare charity. You will be supporting and co-ordinate projects across the directorate, develop fundraising processes and workflows, provide administrative support to the Director and wider team as required. This role is hybrid or home based and an immediate start.
Provide administrative support for directorate meetings, workshops and events as required.
Organise, minute and attend key team meetings.
Minute meetings as required and support follow up actions to be taken forward
Contributing ideas for improving/ enhancing the teams work.
Participating in virtual and office-based team meetings.
Support with diary management and key meeting scheduling for the Director of Income Generation and External Affairs.
Support the migration of teamwide resources to Outlook 365.
Working with colleagues across the wider Directorate and organisation, face to face or remotely, to maintain good communications and relationships.
Occasionally organise out of London travel for senior staff within the directorate
Ensuring scheduled deadlines are managed and alerting to and updating any significant changes.
Managing and monitoring the logistics for internal meetings.
Support in the management of fundraising events.
Compiling donor briefings and research as required.
Organising and attending donor meetings as directed.
Taking, disseminating and chasing team actions from scheduled team meetings.
Proven experience using project management principles, project coordination, organising workflow, create and manage schedules.
Experience of donor management and development of funding proposals.
Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbally) writing clearly and accurately, including drafting routine correspondence and taking minutes of meetings.
IT literate, including the ability to use databases
