As an Account Manager you will be the first point of call for my award winning clients customers. You will be responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with the customers from the initial conversation and beyond.

This PropTech's Account Management team is vital to the success of the business, as an Account Manager you will be underpinning the culture of excellent customer service, going above and beyond. As a member of the team, you have the opportunity (and responsibility) to perform at the very height of your abilities for their customers, sharing in this companies vision for excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Client Success, you will liaise with both external customers and internal teams (including Product Development) to improve the entire customer experience, so you will need to be a clear and efficient communicator. You'll also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethic.

The goal of the Account Manager is to serve our customers as best you can, to drive extensive and sustainable growth for both their businesses and my clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for enquiry
  • Manage large amounts of incoming requests
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer success processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
