Group consolidation
  • Managing quarterly consolidation, reviewing consolidated balance sheet and income statement and providing technical support to the team where required.
  • Preparation of reporting for quarterly consolidated balance sheet and income statement prepared on a full IFRS basis

UK legal entities
  • Managing all aspects of legal entity reporting, including quarterly trial balance review, corporation tax reporting and support and financial statement preparation and audit.
  • Supporting on the development of the Corporate group, managing the structure and supporting on changes to the structure over time, through liquidation or merger of entities.

Skills required:
  • ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant
  • Understanding of Group Accounting desirable
  • Exposure to Legal Entity Accounting desirable
  • Excellent communication skills - the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and partners and act appropriately on requests.
  • Proactive thinking but also willing to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and work and meet deadlines under pressure.
