Department: Theatre and E-Commerce
Reports to: Operations Director
Salary: £21,000 - £27,500 (depending on experience)


We are industry-leading performance marketing agency based in the heart of London's West End. We provide cutting edge digital strategy and solutions for some of the biggest names in live entertainment, fashion and ecommerce. After a period of rapid growth, we are now looking for diligent and resourceful Performance Marketing Account Executives to expand the team and work across Entertainment and Ecommerce clients.


As Digital Account Marketing Manager, you'll play a vital part in the team by supporting the Account Directors to deliver advanced digital advertising campaigns for an exciting range of brands. The role requires knowledge and direct experience in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

  • Plan and build performance marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms including Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Act as a platform specialist within Sine and work with the Account teams and Business Directors to spot new opportunities for upsell growth and deliver best in class services to our clients.
  • Support account executives with day to day tasks across a variety of accounts and prioritise daily tasks.
  • Manage day to day responsibilities and optimisation of all performance marketing activity across multiple client accounts. Maintain digital plans and financials to ensure all data is accurate and inline with client requirements.
  • Produce weekly reports and closely monitor client accounts to ensure all activity is driving performance and strong returns. Draw insight from third party analytics data and implement innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance.
  • Contribute to our evolving approach to performance marketing best practice, by keeping abreast of new developments within the digital advertising space and making recommendations to both internal teams and clients regarding trends and techniques.
  • Contribute to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and making recommendations based on experience and best practice.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings regarding current and future projects.
  • Attend available relevant training sessions


We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and positive team player who is ready to take a next step in their digital marketing career. The right candidate will have direct experience running digital advertising campaigns across one or multiple Ad platforms. You will be approachable, supportive and accountable for the performance and outputs of key client accounts and other team members. You'll be data driven and have experience planning and executing complex digital campaigns.
