Outpatients - Team Leader Up to £31,000pa Warrington
LINQ Healthcare is working alongside a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK who have the opportunity for an outpatients team leader to join their team based in their fantastic hospital in Warrington. The Hospital is expanding the scope of services they offer their patients and as a result are now recruiting a Staff Nurse to join their outpatients department. This is a diverse role, therefore full training is provided

To be considered for the Theatre Practitioner position you must be/have:
- Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
- 2 years' post qualification experience
- Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
Duties of this role:
- You will be working in a very busy Outpatient department, looking after a variety of patients while providing outstanding care.
- You will be performing minor procedures, taking bloods and providing wound care
- Taking charge of shift and ensuing the clinic runs smoothly
- Supporting The Out Patient Manager and Senior Staff Nurses to enable them to support Nurses and HCAs
- Supporting the Out Patient Manager to move the department forward as they undergo a period of change and growth
- Conducting internal audits
