Major Players are delighted to be working with an award-winning integrated agency that uses standout thinking to make a real difference to their clients! Due to some very exciting pitch wins, they're now looking to add to their talented team by hiring an Account Manager to join the team. This agency works with a range of ambitious clients, varying from exciting start-ups to established international brands such as; Pret, Mazda and Barclaycard!

As the Account Manager you will have the responsibility to help to develop great relationships and business from your designated accounts. You'll be supported to implement excellent creative solutions that exceeds clients' expectations within time and budget whilst working closely with an Account Director.

Location - Norwich

Salary - £35,000 - £38,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Build and deliver account development plans - show initiative to identify and priorities opportunities.
  • Capable and experienced with handling budgets, presenting creative work to clients.
  • Line management of Account Executives within your team and take full responsibility for their development.

Skills & Experience
  • Agency side client services experience.
  • Applies a forward-thinking approach to all aspects of their work, displayed by a positive, proactive, can do attitude.
  • The ability to multitask while working to deadline yet still retaining a professional approach.
  • Display the desire to grow a client portfolio by identifying and seizing opportunities. organically or through new areas of the client business.
  • Develop a clear understanding of the importance of financial rigour and accurate reporting.
