Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a talented Employment Paralegal to join them in their Worcester based office. The successful candidate assist the fee earners in running a caseload of a broad range of Employment matters, to include both respondent and claimant work, although with a stronger focus on the latter. The firm are very solutions-focused and so you will get the chance to be a part of an extremely exciting time for the business as they continue to explore alternative ways of working.
