Locality Team Manager/Practice Lead (Young Person's Services)
£27,996.00 per annum.
Permanent/ Full Time, 35 hours per week.
Angus Office
Brief Description of Duties:
· The day-to-day management of Angus based services including, counselling and creative therapies, young person's services, school counselling provision and recovery services.
· The development of all service areas in line with best practice and national guidance, contributing a level of expertise and specialism to strategic planning and funding applications as required
· Building and maintaining working relationships with third sector, statutory bodies and other relevant agencies. With the aim of developing referral pathways, increasing opportunities for episodes of collaborative working and capitalising on available opportunities.
