Description: We are looking for a compassionate and competent Ward Nurse Manager (RGN) to join a leading private healthcare provider.

Ward Nurse Manager (RGN) you will be working for an industry-leading private hospital group, who have an international reputation for high quality hospital management and patient care.

By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.

As a Ward Nurse Manager (RGN) you will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

You will have proven success in leading a large team as well as experience in change management and transformation culture.
