A leading independent school in North West London are seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Manager to join their Estates team. This is a permanent position with accommodation from January 2022.

This independent school aims to provide a modern and stimulating education for every pupil and has a reputation for innovation in teaching and learning and strong pastoral care.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and organise the in-house maintenance team and the day-to-day activities to maximise the productivity to the school community. You will manage all aspects of planned and unplanned
maintenance and repairs as well as tendering, appointing and overseeing contractors to a planned and agreed schedule of works as and when required.
