9am-1pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility to start/finish times)
Working in a small friendly Head Office finance team for a privately owned family business involved in gardening and horticulture, this role would suit an enthusiastic and well-organised individual.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of sales Ledger & cash allocation
• Processing and posting of supplier invoices/credits, preparation of monthly payment runs
• Monthly nominal reconciliations, expense analysis & company credit card reconciliation
• Ability to meet deadlines; whilst this is not a pressurised environment, good time management is essential.
Skills & experience:
• Minimum 2 years experience gained within a similar role
• Experience of SAGE 200 or similar accounting software ideal
• Good attention to detail
• Professional telephone manner
