Meridian are currently recruiting for a well-respected IT Hardware business in Wellington, Somerset. The business is strong in their field and now due to business growth they are now seeking a new Account Manager to join them.

Role Duties:
  • Taking sales orders over the phone, processing and completing the order via database
  • Check stock and order/procure stock where required.
  • Contact existing customers to fulfil requirements
  • To provide excellent customer service and strive to build customer relations.
  • To attend networking and promotional events and customer sites where required
  • Have worked in a similar role previously
  • Confident IT user
  • Technically savvy and understand computer hardware.
  • Confident communicator who is able to adapt to the audience they are addressing.
  • Consistent and articulate in written and verbal communication.
