This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy accounts team as an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month FTC. Providing Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office) you will be responsible for processing income, payments, invoices and credit so will ideally have good knowledge of SageX3.

The Role
  • Processing income, requisitions, purchase orders, purchase invoices, credit notes, expenses and sales orders and invoices
  • Ensuring there is a clear record of financial transactions
  • Responding to queries from internal customers
  • Identifying, correcting or referring any errors or accounting discrepancies
  • Providing cost and revenue information in the required formats to the relevant
  • people
  • Supporting any ad hoc projects

  • A-Level qualification in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a transaction processing function
  • Customer service experience
  • SageX3 experience
  • Computer processing skills - G-Suite knowledge desirable
