I am recruiting for a very unique role for a Head Of Client Experience within domiciliary care.

An extremely reputable company with branches across the country and excellent support network for their Registered Managers.

Key Responsibilities of a Head of Client Experience/Care Manager:

  • To manage the new business team
  • To work towards KPIs
  • To stay on top of things in the onboarding process
  • To work closely with the Registered Manager
  • To manage a team within the office
Head of Client Experience/Care Manager Requirements:

  • A drive to provide the best quality care
  • Experience in managing people
  • Minimum of "Good" or "Outstanding" with CQC
  • Domiciliary care experience


  • Well known and reputable organisation
  • NON registered role
  • Support from Head Office
  • Well established branch
