If so, we are currently recruiting for an Operational Finance Administrator to join our client, based in their brand new office (with a roof garden and amazing views!) in Leeds City Centre on a temporary basis.

The Operational Finance Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day production of distribution reissue payments, related information and documentation, ensuring all distributions are processed upon receipt of the appropriate reissue instructions. You will also need to log, monitor and resolve distribution related queries from investors/Financial Advisors and clients.

Full training is provided, so you do not need finance experience. Previous administration experience is preferred, or maybe you are a recent graduate with a finance-based degree.


Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months - potential to be extended/go permanent
Hours: Full time - 37.5h/pw. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (with an hours lunch - unpaid)
Pay Rate: £9.23 - £10.25 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Leeds City Centre (Office based)

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Methodical work approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • GCSE Maths grade C minimum
  • GCSE English grade C minimum
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
