A growing company in Chorley are keen to appoint a number of entry level Credit Controllers to join the team. Initially this will be on a 3 month basis and for the right person progression into a permanent role. Working from modern offices you will be an important part of the team reporting into the Credit Control Manager. Your main duties will include:
- Chasing outstanding debt from customers
- Managing your own ledger
- Processing payments and setting up payment plans
- Liaising with internal and external parties to resolve queries
The ideal person will have some previous experience in either a customer facing role, sales or debt collection and have good system and excel skills. You will enjoy interacting with people and building up rapports and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
