Primary SEMH Tutor

Are you an experienced tutor or fully qualified teacher?

Have you supported children and/or adults with social, emotional and mental health challenges?

Teaching Personnel are working alongside Local Authorities and SEN teams across Oxford to provide tuition and intervention support to students struggling with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges. We are looking for tutors and experienced educators to work closely with these students, providing support in the core subjects as well as their SEMH needs.

About the Role:

SEMH Primary

1:1 and small group support

Plan, produce and deliver tailored sessions.

Who we are looking for:

Excellent role models that are empathetic and enthusiastic.

Someone with a passion for teaching and education.

People who are comfortable lone working and communicating with local authorities and parents

Tutors who are experienced working with challenging behaviour

Tutors with a sports background

Requirements:

Teachers with QTS, or TAs with experience

Must own a UK drivers' licence and your own vehicle

Experience of teaching and working with children with SEMH

DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
