Engineering Manager - Fintech/Finance - £80-120k+ bonus + shares

A leading financial services scale up we have been supporting for over 4 years is looking to bolster their team with a new Engineering Manager. They work on the cutting edge of 3 core business areas including payments, alternative banking and risk management and have developed platforms that deal with millions of pounds going through their systems each day.

The Engineering Manager will join a team who have grown from 40 to 300 in the past 3 years and are truly one of London's leading tech scale ups. Everybody has the opportunity to become a shareholder with c65% of the company already a partner. They are privately owned and therefore life changing sums of money are aligned with being a shareholder at the company. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team working closely with 3 other Engineering Managers overseeing a team of 25 experts ranging from grad to Principal Engineer level. The Engineering Manager will have come from a hands on background but now are excelling in people leadership, people development and making large scale architectural and design decisions. You will want to contribute to their growth and be in the office 3-4 days per week working on complex technical challenges, and topics that matter to your team!Their tech environment is greenfield with no legacy and is built for high availability, speed and performance. Their Tech includes;- AWS serverless, Kubernetes- JavaScript, Node, TypeScript, React- Java, SalesForce- .NetEngineering Manager - Fintech/Finance - £80-120k+ bonus + shares
