An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a family-owned company in the Wolverhampton area. You will be joining a welcoming and friendly team that will offer training and support.
If you are also a recent graduate that has qualified for an AAT qualification, you are encouraged to apply. Working in a team and supporting the accounts team leader you will ensure all finance matters relating to the company are recorded into the SAge accounts system.
Role responsibilities: Ensure all customers are invoiced and remittance is received on a daily basis
Manage supplier accounts
Aiding in reconciling accounts
Ensure all payments are made within the supplier payment terms
Assist the business support co-ordinator to process the company payroll
Take customer payments daily
Check and maintain petty cash
Chase any outstanding debtors
Ensure the customer CRM system is maintained
Proven work experience in a similar role
Determined and enthusiastic individual
Experience and knowledge of Sage50 accounts package is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and must be available to work one Saturday per month from 9am-4pm.
