The Role

Business Development
  • Management of initial new enquiries and continuing to provide support throughout the process
  • Creation of operating agreements and proposals
  • Creation of cost models for new business
  • Ownership of new business CRM

Account Management
  • Cost model builds/ analysis to understand profitability of key customers within the group
  • Ownership of existing customer CRM ensuring all rate reviews are completed
  • Key Account Management support with regards to ongoing / future commercial discussions
  • Customer Services / relationships management and improvement

The Candidate
  • Proven Account Management and Client Relationship Management experience
  • Strong and confident communicator
  • Target focused, driven and ambitious
  • Full, clean driving license
