Reinsurance ManagerSalary: 100,000 - 105,000 per annum | Location: London
A well established London Market insurer seeks a Reinsurance Manager. The role reports into the CFO and you will manage the International Ceded Reinsurance Operations team to ensure the preparation, rendering and accounting of all ceded reinsurance financials, and be responsible for reinsurance collections and monitoring of premium payable and loss recoverable balances. The successful candidate will have experience in ceded reinsurance accounting/operations and in all major types of reinsurance i.e. Facultative, Quota Share and Excess of Loss. You will have leadership skills with the ability empower the team to perform at their highest level through establishing clear objectives and providing meaningful direction.
