Location: Bracknell, RG12 2XB
Salary: £15,000 pa

Apprentice Accounts Assistant - The Role:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the purchase, sales and cash transactions across all of the Group's companies are processed accurately and promptly.
The ideal candidate will be looking to make the transition from temporary to permanent after an initial period of three months.
Your Primary Duties will include:
* Accounts Payable - Posting invoices into Xero accounts software via AutoEntry data entry software.
* Accounts Receivable - Download bulk sales invoice batches (in CSV files) from our stock system, applying N/L codes and uploading to Xero.
* Cash Management - Post transactions in Xero from live feeds and import statements where necessary. Reconcile bank accounts daily.
Additional Duties
* Maintenance of information on shared databases and regular Excel reports.
* Ad-hoc analysis and reporting
* Assisting with production of monthly management accounts
* General administrative duties within the Finance Department
Apprentice Accounts Assistant - What we need form you:
* Analytical Skills - strong numeric ability and data questioning approach
* Outstanding attention to details
* Effective communication skills, together with a desire to understand the business
* Proactivity and assertiveness
* Confident and enthusiastic manner
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Xero accounts software
