Finance and HR Administrator
£9.65 - £10.24 per hour DoE
Immediately available candidates desired
3-month FTC (possibility of perm)

My Cheltenham client is looking for a Finance and HR Administrator with an understanding of mathematics and basic admin, to join the team and support the Finance and HR Functions. The tasks that will be undertaken will vary from day to day, so someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive work ethic would be a great candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in financial admin to build on their skills and gain experience within these sectors whilst working amongst a great team!

Main responsibilities:
  • Support HR and Finance Function
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Procurement of good and services
  • Financial processes including budget statements, prepare VAT and journals
  • Recording of daily staff absences
  • Payroll administration including processing claims, staff absences and staff contracts
  • Supporting staff recruitment by preparing paperwork for interviews

  • Educated to minimum of A-Level and GCSE grade
  • AAT qualification is desirable
  • Experience working with SAGE is desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
  • Strong communicator both verbal and written skills
  • Highly numerate, analytical and strong attention to detail
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
  • React positively to change and willing to take on new challenges
