A global luxury retailer is looking for an omni channel operations manager to join its UK team to oversee and pull together all aspects of the running of the business between stores and digital. A true global powerhouse, this company has a footprint of multiple brands across multiple markets worldwide. The role of omni channel operations manager oversees retail operations and omni channel development across all channels, managing the day to day operations and communications between stores, field and head office. You'll project manage bespoke omni channel initiatives and work collaboratively with direct teams, 3rd party retailers and external clients. The omni channel operations manager plays a key role in shaping the rollout of the brands distribution strategy to maintain digitally led omni channel acceleration prioritising direct to consumer and supporting our divestment and investment decision making.
To be considered, you'll have worked in a similar role within retail or hospitality. You will have experience in managing store operations across a diverse portfolio of stores. Experience in leading projects that are digitally focused would be advantageous but not essentially. The ideal candidate will have store development experience and could have also been involved in fleet and distribution projects.
In return they are offering a salary of £52,000 with the potential of earning an additional £7,800 in bonus. Currently the business is asking employees to work in the office four days a month and will revert to a hybrid working model of three days from the office and two days from home.
