We are recruiting an exciting, brand-new opportunity for a Social Media & Community Manager to join

our high performing team. Ultimately, you will be responsible for effectively growing our social media

communities across multiple platforms, through the development and delivery of social content and

insight that informs why we do things. Delivering world-class community engagement, supporting our

overall business objectives and social content strategy to achieve great results.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

Management of detailed monthly content plans, including keeping them up-to-date, detailing

amends, and distribution to key internal stakeholders.

Create and deliver professional and engaging social content to drive brand social media equity,

positive share of voice and leverage consumer engagement opportunities online.

Source, create and curate "Always On" social content and manage approval and publication

processes, including: copy, images, video, etc.

Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop the brands 'tone of voice' online whilst

managing the day to day relationship to ensure success.

Identify and build an understanding of our target audiences and trends

Analyse social performance and trends through regular social listening and reporting, presenting

and distributing where required to internal stakeholders.

Create and execute new ways to deliver messaging through social media content.

Serve as the social voice for our brand(s), responsible for developing organic campaigns

Influencer marketing: Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set

objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and

ensuring the relevant agreements are in place

Staying up to date on popular or trending social topics prior to posting to ensure our content output

is sensitive to emerging or potentially controversial news and events.

Support the brand teams to develop capability across all things social.

Qualification & skills requirements

Proven work experience within social media

Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms

Ability to deliver creative content ideas

Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels

Expertise with social listening and community management tools

Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

Maintains excellent writing and language skills

Excellent communication skills

Multitasking and analytics skills

Must have the right to work in the UK

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as with different

stakeholders across the business
