Marketing Manager

A leader in personal finance, this international firm are seeking a temporary Marketing Manager for at least 3 months which could potentially lead to a permanent post. This is an exciting firm to be part of as they go from strength to strength in the UK.

Job Profile

To build and execute engagement, lifecycle, and retention initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, push notifications and in-app.

Responsibilities

You will own daily operations and implementation of email campaigns - this includes revenue campaigns, engagement campaigns and push notifications

Directly manage the entire email execution process - this includes gathering notification specs, briefing creative team, QA, testing, deployment scheduling and success monitoring

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalised messages and product experiences

Define and drive operations and execution stratify for email as an engagement channel

Delivering ¾ email campaigns a month for the International Business Development team

Reporting on key results for email campaigns in weekly meetings with key stakeholders

Planning out email calendar with BD team to map out the coming months

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required

• minimum of 6 months experience working at Marketing Manager level
• preferably experience working within financial services
• an organised candidate with a self motivated approach who has drive and get up and go!
• someone who is email focused and used to producing reports
• ideally previous inhouse CRM system experience
• able to fix issues and demonstrate an analytical approach
• able to run processes, project manage and deliver new ideas

Location - London UK - (Open to remote working if it is the right candidate)

Pay - Up to £29 per hour

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
