Our centrally based Leicester client are keen to appoint a Finance Administrator, for a full-time temporary position. Working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.
The role will be to administer the end to end employee pay and benefit transactional lifecycle process for all onsite employees and external clients. To respond to pay and benefit queries from employee and managers in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
The successful applicant will be required to ensure all payroll records are accurately dated in accordance with managers requests, corporate guidelines and statutory regulations. Work well with a small team and develop relationships within the internal team and be able to work well on their own initiative.
Ensure changes to employees pay, benefits and pay related terms and conditions are processed accurately and to the agreed deadlines and current procedures. Plus provide sound and accurate advice to managers, employees and external customers in respect of terms and conditions of employment e.g.: maternity/paternity/adoptions leave entitlement.
Promote a positive image of the service and ensure a high quality of customer service to its internal and external customers. If you have good administration and accountancy background this might be the right positions for yourself.
