Immediate need for Temporary Finance Administrator to join SME in Trowbridge. This is based in the Trowbridge office, with a collaborative team.
Duration: 3 months, initially.
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain effective contact with customers to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with terms
- Produce and review customer reports to ensure payment can be made without dispute
- Demonstrate pro-active approach to resolving account queries by focusing on cause, not solely symptoms
- Assist with cash flow forecasts
- Maintain procedure notes
- Previous experience with Finance Admin / Sales Ledger
- Strong Excel
- Ability to work autonomously
