£10.50 - £11.00 P/H DOEHOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am till 5:30pm
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator to join a long standing and independent Healthcare company in Wellington, Somerset. This role is starting immediately for a minimum of 6 weeks to support the team with an increase in workload. To be considered for this role you must have prior Accounts or Finance experience along with high attention to detail and accuracy.Key duties will include:
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Bank reconciliations
- Updating the system
- Assisting with invoicing queries
- Filing, scanning and achieving
- Other administration support to ensure smooth running of the department
You must have strong IT skills with experience of all Microsoft Office packages, along with good communications skills and the ability to work well as part of a team and independently. You will be working in a fast paced environment therefore you need to be adaptable and quick at learning new skills.
