Key responsibilities will include;
What you'll need to succeed
- Leading EDI from both a strategic and operational perspective, with responsibility for strategy development and related action plans, ensuring EDI is embedded across the employee lifecycle
- Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and networks across the University, influencing others and raising the profile of EDI
- Driving forward the development and implementation of equality related charter mark submissions and accreditations
- Encouraging cross institution awareness of equality and diversity issues, along with coordinating and supporting University wide allies
You will be an experienced EDI Professional with a track record leading teams to deliver and embed organisation wide equality, diversity and inclusion projects and strategies. Alongside this, you will demonstrate experience in supporting charter applications and managing/interpreting large data sets in order to provide informative reports and sound recommendations to stakeholders.What you'll get in return
