Your new role
As service desk analyst you will be responding to and escalating tickets to second and third line, in order to support an office 365 rollout. This role is fully onsite and is part of an enthusiastic team. You will support active directory, windows applications and various other technologies.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a driven, IT-focused individual with office 365 and service desk support experience.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be part of a busy NHS service desk, collaborate with like-minded technology focused colleagues, a four month contract paying £110 a day inside ir35.
