**Principal/Senior Structural Engineer (Tall Buildings)**

Are you looking to work for an award-winning structural engineering consultancy on a permanent basis? My client is looking for a Principal/Senior Structural Engineer with a background in tall building design to come and join their ever-growing team and cement themselves as a vital part of the company. If you have extensive experience and want a fresh challenge, this could be for you!

The successful Principal/Senior Structural Engineer will need:

An accredited degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering (high 2:1 or 1st Class)
Hold or be working towards Chartered status (IStructE or ICE)
Extensive experience working on high-rise buildings/skyscrapersThe role:

Responsible for the analysis and design of building structures, progressing to overall design of structures
The production of schematic/concept designs and structural design calculationswithin defined project timescales

Undertaking structural designs using ROBOT or TEKLA and by hand as required
Guide and educate graduate and less experienced engineers
Directing technicians in the production of AutoCAD and REVIT drawing information undertaking and quality reviews of drawn information prior to issue
