A household brand retailer is looking to expand its analytics team by hiring an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to head up everything to do with marketing analytics, manage a team of 8, whilst influencing multimillion-pound decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities - Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
  • Design, plan and execute the targeting of online customers through the company's targeted marketing programme
  • Provide accurate and relevant insights to support business objectives and help inform key decisions
  • Understand and track customer journeys and behaviours
  • Improve user segmentation to increase effectiveness of online marking campaigns
  • Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes
  • Manage a team of 8 analysts

Skills and Qualifications - Senior Marketing Analytics Manager
  • Experienced with SQL and R or Python
  • Bachelor's Degree in a numerate discipline
  • Experience in development of targeting and customer selections
  • Team management experience
  • Knowledge of the digital analytics environment, for example implementation, optimisation (A/B testing) and reporting
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to present data driven insights to stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated and adept at problem solving
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team orientated environment
