Russell-Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced people manager to join a Global Testing Company in the Northwest as a Product Group Manager. The role will include managing a team of 15-20 engineers and admin staff and will help ensure that the team meet the requirements of the QMS and support the service delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Will manage the Product Group team on a day-to-day basis ensuring that delivery of services are continually met.
Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, this would involve turnaround time, margins, and on-time delivery KPIS.
Ensure that the teamwork in line with QMS requirements
Conduct regular team meetings
One on ones with engineer- responsible for employee development.
Regular communication with customers, various departments, and the other global sites.
Ensures delivery of these services is consistent with, and in support of, corporate and divisional policies and objectives.
Control and organisation of own diary

Role

3-5 years' experience in a previous management role
Previous experience in the TIC industry, Certification body or Manufacturing company
Degree in Scientific/Engineering or Business based subject or equivalent
Knowledge of metrics/KPIs
Technical/Certification experience (desirable)
Good understanding of QMS (desirable)
