Brewster Partners Charity & Not-for-Profit are currently recruiting for a Fundraising Manager for an education based charity on a remote, part time basis and is between two - three days.


This is a very exciting role in which you will drive forward the charity's fundraising operations, growing income streams, with an emphasis on diversification. This will be through a variety of ways, but in particular sourcing bid and grant opportunities, and writing for these opportunities.

As well as this, you will work on the strategic responsibility for fundraising, including working closely with the co-founders on the 3 year fundraising plan.

You will also establish a corporate supporter's programme and individual giving campaigns, as well as developing effective stewardship systems for any donors.

This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with the option of meeting the team in London should you wish to.


You will have previously worked in a similar capacity, and have proven track record in fundraising for a charity also. You will possess good knowledge of fundraising within corporates, major donors, events, individual giving, local authorities and trusts and foundations.

You will be adept with bid writing, and be able to monitor the deadlines of the bids you are going for. You will a confident self starter and be adaptable to change. As well as this you will build relationships easily with external stakeholders.

A knowledge of the education sector or working with young people would be advantageous.


A FTE salary of between £30,000-£40,000, as well as true flexible working options. Above industry benefits also available.
