Account Manager | Alfreton | £25,000-£30,000

Cherry Professional are delighted to be working alongside a growing and dynamic, Alfreton-based company to recruit an experienced, relationship-driven Account Manager to join their business. The successful candidate will manage and grow existing accounts whilst building their own long lasting, strong relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their sales career.

The Role:
Your focus will be growing the market share of the brand by providing exceptional customer care to new and existing customers.
Build and expand long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Regular meetings and sale analysis for key customers, alongside regular calls/emails to smaller accounts.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
Attend relevant trade show conferences, workshops and sales meetings.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate:
Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager or a relevant sales role of at least 2 years.
Market knowledge in clothing.
Ability to build rapport and develop relationships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals on all organizational levels.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Communication and negotiation skills.
