SRM are partnering with an acquisitive business based in Buckinghamshire. My client is seeking an Integration Finance Manager who has strong accounting and people skills. This role will be responsible for migrating acquired companies in the acquiring company's systems and processes.
This is an outside IR35 role for an initial period of 6 months.
This role will require the successful individual to perform the following duties.
Stabilise the acquired companies financial reporting by ensuring financial controls are put in place ie Management Accounts and cash flow forecast. Map the chart of accounts to the parent company's structure. Review all banking processes and assess staff members.
You will also need to fully evaluate the acquired companies finance systems and processes. You will ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled and put in processes to ensure the recs continue. An evaluation of existing contracts will also need to take place.
You will be responsible for putting into place a plan to ensure the companies finance functions and processes align sufficiently
The final duties will be to migrate and integrate the new companies across to the acquiring company.
