I have an excellent opportunity for an experience and career minded M&E QS to join a large, multi award winning contractor, operating internationally for well known blue chip clients.
A minimum of 3 years experience working for a contractor is essential, you will be working on a sensitive project valued £100M+
The M&E QS' duties will include but not be limited to:
Produce feasibility estimates, budgets, cost plans and pricing documents together with any other appropriate commercial information
Produce, maintain and issue appropriate cost and valuation trackers, financial reports, forecasts and ensure Key Event Schedule is up-to-date and reflects current commercial position at all times
Undertake full MEP quantity surveying and commercial management duties
Assist in resolution of claims and disputes
Maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management.
Produce and agree final accounts from an MEP perspective.
Ensure cash is maximised within the team and on projects, without compromising our contractual arrangements.
Review CP's in line with ER's/scope
Good understanding of MEP Design and operation.
Support internal and external teams to deliver programme to complete satisfaction of Client
Administer project MEP commercial processes from initial tender documentation through to final account agreement and financial reporting
Ensure payments and notices are processed in line with Client requirements and Company policy
Develop and maintain close relationships with Client, Contractors, Consultants and Supply Chain to deliver excellence and continuously improve Client experiencePlease contact me for more details at (url removed) or by hitting the 'Apply' button
