The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an entry level management position in the business, you will work as part of a team to lead the way in delivering excellent customer service across the store. You are responsible for inspiring a team of people to deliver sales and profit targets, through coaching, leading and role modelling exceptional customer service and operational standards within our airport shops. This role encompasses commercial thinking and decision making alongside a strong understanding of people management and communication to large teams.
