This prestigious Cambridgeshire institution looking for an Education/Training Programme Manager to manage their bespoke training programme for their clients. Our client is looking for a highly driven candidate to deliver impeccable service for their clients and their training programmes.
Your new role
This role will require high level communication and organisational skills, with a drive to provide superior customer service to enhance the client's customer experience. Our clients USP is to offer a superlative experience when customers participate in their programmes, so the job role requires high attention to detail and outstanding management coordination. You will be using your refined skill set to ensure that programmes run impeccably, whereby ensuring that customer satisfaction is unparalleled.
You would be responsible for managing specialist events, organising venues, hospitality arrangements and communicating with clients to understand their specific requirements. Our client prides themselves on catering to the customers every desire, it will be your responsibility to ensure this has been established before the day of the event. They uphold very high standards when running their specialised courses and the coordination of these events is a top priority. You will also be responsible for managing funds of the program, logistics, budgeting and running communications e.g. internal meetings. Your time managements skills will assist your high levels of productivity by prioritising tasks and making sure all work is completed to a top standard.
This is primarily a Cambridge based role however they do have occasional events located in London or internationally. Due to location, our client is unable to offer permanent parking, but this cost will be subsidised on days that you attend your projects for convenience.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will need thorough organisational and management skills. Your written and spoken customer service skills will be required daily. You should have a passion for people and pride yourself on delivering a top-quality service with a meticulous attention to detail. Ideally, you should have an understanding of educational backgrounds and some type of management experience. Alternatively, people from an Office Management, PA, Events, and training background will also be considered. Customer happiness is at the heart of our client's product delivery so you should demonstrate a capability to work above and beyond to provide this service.
