Due to expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an E Commerce Marketing Assistant to join this supplier of products for trade and retail customers. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in digital marketing to gain experience across numerous platforms, enabling them to open up numerous avenues for progression within the role and the company.
This is a varied role where you will be-
*Optimising product listings across various channels such as eBay, Amazon and social media to ensure maximum sales achieved *Working on the company website to ensure the best image of the company portrayed to the customer *Ensuring the company maintains its 'Top Seller' Rankings *Monitoring reviews and feedback and responding and resolving issues of any dissatisfied customers *Ensuring enquiries are answered and passed to the relevant department *Managing a marketing budget and ensuring the company achieves the best ROI
A Degree in Marketing / Media / E Commerce or Business would be preferable, although not essential if you have work experience in a similar role Experience in marketing social media would be an advantage You should be commercially orientated with a strong customer focus Strong problem solving skills with a determination to achieve solutions Good general IT skills with experience of using Excel You should be willing to learn and develop with the role to improve your performance and knowledge
This is an office based Mon-Fri role so you should be commutable to Basildon
