Finance Team Assistant** Monday to Friday ** 9-5.30pm ** Central Wimbledon **** Temporary 5-month contract ** Weekly pay, paid holiday and pension **

- Would you be happy to help out with general accounts / finance activities on Accounts Payable (money out not money in)?
Key duties will include:
- Getting approvals for invoices
- Daily Sales and Cash support activities
- Accurate Credit payment processing
- Inputting insurance costs for authorisation
- Posting invoices into SUN
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Monitoring team inboxes
- Responding to queries and enquiries that arise
- General administration support including archiving and filing
- Accurate data and numerical entry.
- Intermediate in Excel
