My client is a rapidly growing organisation within the fast-growing intelligent automation sector. My client works with the world's leading financial services and insurance companies to accelerate their businesses and take advantage of market opportunities.

This opportunity will allow for the right candidate to further their career as a Delivery Manager. My client is looking for a candidate that is passionate about working with customers to deliver a world-class service. My client is looking for a candidate to work across multiple teams to manage projects of mid to large scale enterprises, delivering automation solutions to meet customer needs. You will be working with Delivery team colleagues, the Engineering team, Customer Success/ Infrastructure team, and Sales and Marketing to deliver projects of varied size and complexity.

My client is looking for a candidate to have the following responsibilities:

- You will be working with customers to understand their business requirements to define solutions through my client's products and services

- Defining how products and services can deliver measurable business value and delivering proposals in collaboration with colleagues

- Managing projects from initiation to completion with accountability for delivering projects on time and within the commercial model

- Managing clients throughout projects whilst ensuring customer satisfaction

- Ensuring Projects are delivered to customer requirements whilst managing quality expectations and senior stakeholders

- Providing oversight on low-medium risk projects managed by junior colleagues

- Suggesting and leading improvements to delivery methodology and processes

- Leading and motivating teams and providing guidance to junior Delivery team colleagues

My client is looking for candidates with the following:

- Ability to lead complex, full lifecycle projects with customers

- Willingness to travel in the UK/Europe for customer meetings/ workshops (We are not expecting long periods based on customer site)

- A passion for the use of technology as an enabler for change

- Ability to develop plans, estimates and resource models and manage delivery to timescale, cost and quality

- Ability to apply the appropriate level of methodology and best practices to handle large, complex projects

- Ability to lead and/or manage multiple software projects at once

- Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented to drive projects forward, looking to deliver a high-quality solution to customers

The ideal candidate will have:

- Four years of experience in a Project Manager or hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager role

- Experience with software projects, ideally working with engineers on workflow and automation solutions

- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders

- Proven experience of leading multiple successful project deliveries from initiation to close

- Proven experience using Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies

- Understanding of software development lifecycles
